This classic type IV dagger was made in 1991 by

Dave Waldorf. Dave has been studying Danish

daggers for many years and is one of the worlds
authorities on the subject. He has developed his

flintknapping skill to the point where he is now

one of the few people that can make a classic type

IV Danish dagger with a stitched handle. He has

traveled to Europe and around the United States

to study collections of them. This dagger is a

product of his research. It measures 10 3/16 inches

(25.9cm) long.
