This is the largest and best stone tool example

found in Sheriden Cave. It was discovered several

years ago during the earlier excavation. These

uniface tools were used for cutting or scraping.

This example is a little wider than most Paleo blade

tools. It's made of southern Indiana chert and
measures 3 1/4 inches long.
